Unfortunately I don't know how to ship outside the US so I'll have to do some research on that, but any where in the US Shipping will probably be less than $5. It helps to make sure that your artwork is the correct aspect ratio for a 13x19 print out or it will either be cut off a bit or have white space on the sides. Also a high resolution copy of it is needed for best results.
