I remember Trillian having trouble with Yahoo. Otherwise it works with everything.

Somestimes Trillian doesn't put up the person you added right away, depending on your view options.

The only thing Trillian doesn't like is file share and such to the core clients. I still wouldn't use anything except Trillian.

I'm fairly fond of GAIM.. which is the multiplatform, opensource version of trillian. Basically.

Just to be clear, Gaim and Trillian are not the same product. They are mearly similar competing products, one of which (Gaim) just happens to be totally free.

The interface is a little clunky, file transfers over AIM and YIM don't always work right (MSNM is ok, though some people report lag), and it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the 1st party clients.

On the other hand, it is ad free and 99% of the time you probably won't even miss the extra features.

Trillian is the best.. :o but it lacks some features of the actual messengers. >.< Like Audio Conversations. They don't work to well.

And MSN Drawing also doesn't exsist...

D: Unless there's a newer version that I don't have...

Hmm, I can draw stick figures and lopsided circles, is that a sufficient skill level to have a go at OC? I ask, because I would like to improve upon those same skills some day, if you are willing to teach that is.
