ugh, I'm not doing to well right now.
One of my horses(the one I bought to train and sell) isn't doing to well. instead of writing it all out again, I'll just copy from my DA journal

Well, the horse I bought a year ago to train and sell has turned up with navicula syndrome(or so it seems like) and is lame now even at a walk. I don't know what I am gonna do with him, I sure as hell can't sell him, and I am gonna have a hard time giving him away. I bought him for 900$ of the race track, which is alot of money for me, plus over a year of shoeing and now it's all gone to waste.
I'm out all the money I've spent on him and I don't even have 400$ left over, there's no way I can afford another horse. I bought him from someone I trusted, and did not have a vet check because I thought I could trust them, that's blow up in my face. Sometimes I wish there were just a few honest people in the horse industry.
It's a real tragity, he had a ton of potential. He could have made a great jumper, or english horse, or even a trail horse, he's sensible enough. This is what he looks like.

So yah, as you can imagine, I'm not a happy mule right now. Sorry for the lack of art, I just haven't been feeling very creative lately.
I have still been working on commissions, but I'm at a stage where I'm doing more waiting then sketching. I suppose I could go all 'I need money, commission me!!!omfg" But I try not to be like that. I'm in no money troubles or anything, it's just a lose I would have rather not had. >>
Anyway, I've taken up enough time, sorry for the ramble.

As you said you wish there were a few honest people out there.
But however this is also why they also say you should never totally trust people on face value alone.
I'm sorry about what happened.I hope next time when you do have money & stuff. Please do a better job in your dealings.
Once again sorry for your loss.
I am planning to take him up to the race track and have a vet check him out, but I don't think it'll do any good.
Shitty deal to be sure.
Aptly said to be very sure.
I hope things get back on track for you quick. Don't know much bout horses myself, but I hope that whoever it was didn't actually sell it KNOWING it would have these problems. Not sure how obvious these things are.
If there's a getting better for the horse, I hope he gets better. ::nodnods::
