I do agree with wildrider though. It is sad to see someone go about things this way.

While I wish I kept as extensive logs as you, please don't post partial logs. You know well what I'm talking about, you know you were blacklisted and still you used an alias to participate in something you knew you wouldn't get.

Actually, I moved to the new account in much the same way I moved all my accounts over to the new name, as I described to everyone who asked why, "It is a character name independent account".

And I know what you are talking about, and I posted the entire conversation where I was "an asshole" right there. In fact, the entire thing from both accounts I messaged you on.

If your complaint is that he said "lies", I'd suggest you ease up a bit. If he went on a rant about how you were a liar, you could be entitled to take that seriously.

He got blacklisted for what could realistically amount to harassment and fraud if it were done in real life. But I don't keep logs of everything, while he seems to have the choice snippets.

My only problem is that someone who was blacklisted, used an alternate alias without informing me, knowing they were blacklisted.

For it to be harassment it would need to be unprovokedand constant unwanted contact and this certainly wouldn't qualify, especially as you have the option to block and ignore people online in any medium. And fraud... hell no, legal definition of fraud is attempting to obtain goods or services by deception. As it was neither goods or services, as both would require payment and him to have actually tried to obtain it by faking something somewhere. So no, both accusations are completely invalid. No I'm not getting into an argument and yes I do know what I'm talking as I haveto study the finer details of these things for work.
