I personally think the journal entries should wait until it's actually the 11th over in New York... But that's just me being stupid and selfish. -.o;

It's close but not that close

A lot of lives was lost.

I did think to remember all those who did die on that day... I can still remember fearing that a friend of mine might have died, because she was living close to the Pentagon at the time. I was also afraid that someone I knew about was in that building... Six years ago, I was in 9th grade and didn't really come to understand what all was happening until a day or two later... It was a disastrous time...
Nothing got me more than being there two years ago, at Ground Zero, and staring at the spot where, only a few years earlier, had stood the World Trade Center. I took pictures of the great plaque that hung around the fence, which guarded the area like a steel barrier.
Sorry for ranting--I just had something to add... TwT Should have made a journal for myself! Anyways, let's all continue to pray and keep our thoughts on those families who are still living without their loved ones...
