well i am happy to say i have just had the best bday i can remember. i have many of you to thank for that so THANK YOU ALL from the bottom of my heart and souls. thank you. i luv you all and i just want to shout out for kimmyluv  firefly8083 and my zoezoe  zoeyskunk and any more of you i might have missed. you all make me do more than survive... you make me live.

so to summerize : bday great and happiness is mostly back with the exceptions of some nightmares and some old ghosts from the past stirring in my already swimming head.

meds are back in full swing, and i am finally able to relax.
