she was on the same episode as a LADY WHO EATS COUCH CUSHIONS. also another episode of the same show showed a woman who ate COMET. I dunno... I think of those two disorders and i'm like.. Furries? Really? not really the same category is it?

I do agree. However, if you look at just the furry part, it's not that bad. Having her next to the couch eater actually makes her seem normal in comparison if nothing else. The furry thing didn't even see to be an addiction, although her mom was probably worried it would be and that's why it was even on there.

I agree, I think the parents/family were over reacting about her so called 'trauma', god knows how much of that was twisted. She seemed fairly sane. :\

The way they said "worried about her thinking she can only have fun when wearing the mask" did seem a little off. Kinda like they were trying to make it sound like more than "Oh yeah, she does weird stuff with friends".

if you haven't seen them portrayed in a good light this will make you happy, there are actually a lot of nice portrayals in recent years, its just kinda hard to find them since you have to sift through all the older badder media forays into furry.
