I just caused one of my "friends" to be fired from our job.
He willingly and knowingly withheld information. Even though it was as simple as I forgot to pull something for the night's bake, he still didn't tell me when he noticed something was wrong.
He basically sabotaged the night. Even though it was a minor extent, he still did.
So that event, along with past actions, caused him to be terminated from his job.
And I don't feel guilty about it.
