Yep, got my provisional license yesterday ^.^ I can now drive on my own =D *does a happy dance XD
Completely safe from the flooding that happened in Queensland recently, my area was far enough from anywhere that got flooded to be at risk, nice to have some sun again after so much rain though o¯o
So some other stuffs - found out recently that yes, I can go to uni this year =D failed -one- class of four in the most recent semester ^.^ oddly enough it was marketing actually o.O it's kinda got me thinking back to year 7 with media studies though and wondering if maybe I'm in the wrong degree >.< I'll keep it up though methinks, an information systems degree definitely wouldn't be a bad thing to have =3
Also, I found a book that I've yet to see mentioned here actually - Freaks! How to Draw Fantastic Fantasy Creatures <-- first thoughts, "...appropriate title", first impression, "hmm...looks decent", after a decent look "...well damn this could really help o.o" so...yeah, another one to keep in mind for those learning to draw =3 I'll also be picking up a copy of Draw Furries maybe closer to my birthday and saving for a copy of Drawing Fantastic Furries *nods*
Also, also, I got a camcorder at christmas, already had 2 SD cards, though I find myself facing a problem now - my 17 inch macbook pro has an ExpressCard 34 slot, I don't know where to even start going for a card reader for this...any recommendations =3 ? Preferably one that sits flush with the side of the macbook >,.,> because...yeah, didn't even know what the point of that empty slot in the laptop was from when I got it till now ._. XD
^ all this while budgeting for FurDU, which is in April and which you should go to =3 I'll be there *nods* also the shirt's available for sale now and it's awesome XD
Lastly, a friend of mine requested (repeatedly XD) that I advertise his commission journals =3 so here they are - he does inking commissions, poem commissions and story commissions:
