well since im waiting for people to commission me for one, ill make 10 lucky people a free icon but heres the rules:
-send me a good ref of your character (head is the most important since its only going to be the head and a bit of the chest)

-first come with all this will be the first so if you replay first but 10 other people put all this and you dont, then your out of luck sorry...
