Well 2 days a go i took an energy shot for the first time and was hospitalized for a few hours.. it had been 2 days with out sleep and i just needed to get though the day... any ways 2 hours later my heart was having palpitations and i was suffering massive panic attacks with extreme sensation of doom..!! i could not settle and my tiny problem turned in to massive ones! dammit! i wasn't going through any stress My life these past few months have been awesome ,but when i took a Monster energy shot .. it was like i was having a nervous break down! Im like WTF! my life is going great.. i had nothing to complain a bout or worries a bout .. but when i took it .. it intensified my thoughts and feeling and worries! Then to make matters worse it made my sugars through the roof! i started to pass out dizzy sick to my tummy .(im diabetic) The doctor gave me a sleeping pills to contra act the caffinne and my first emergency insoline shot!
Well i learned my lesson.. I will neveerrrr everrr take a another one ever again .. In the long run i looked up side effects and there it was...PANIC ATTACKS! and heart palpitation .. and feeling of intense over whelming doom! all i can say is never never ever again! Lessons learned
1.ENERGY DRINKS ARE NOT TO BE DRANK BY DIABETICS!
2.go to bed at decent hours .(even if im not tired)
3. coffee only in the morn for a pick me up(3 cups max)
4. FiFi turns in to monster when she is cranky and tired
5.FiFi is not allowed any more energy drinks period after the nightmare of that day suffered!!!
