Not that it's much of a surprise,

but I'm not going...will continue, to be mostly absent online. RL has been pulling me in all directions lately and time is at a premium with all the catching up I need to do after the holidays and being sick.
Tonight I'm nursing a major headache.
Next time someone needs to remind me that running a pickup, generator and two riding mowers in the garage, even with the door open, isn't a good idea.
I had to go pay the electric bill for the cabin in person because I forgot to set it up to be paid ahead of time, so I went on up to check things out. Everything seems to be as good as can be expected, other than the Ranger has some water in the floor boards and it and the Mazda are growing mildew.
I got the chargers set up on the tractors and everything else started, but the Mazda kept dying and I had to sit in it to keep it revved up until it was warm.
Next time I'll make sure it's warmed up and running good before I start anything else.
Anyway, I think I'll turn in early tonight. I hope you all are doing well.

reminds me of the time after Hurricane Andrew, and this house near us burned to the ground because the fellow was worried someone would steal his generator and so ran it in the garage. Of course, with no phone service or electric, the fire company didn't get there until it was too late.
V.
There are cases almost every year here where poor people get their electricity turned off and try to use BBQ's to heat their houses or run generators inside and asphyxiate themselves.
I'm still going to be around, I just need to stay away more so I can get other stuff done. This place is such a time leecher, I sit down to check a couple things and end up spending a few hours following links.
