"What a Cartoon" was on Cartoon Network :) It was one of the shows developed by Fred Seibert to get CN off the ground. When you think of the "good" days of a lot of kid/young adult cable stuff, chances are that those are the days that Fred had a hand in it.
And yes, WaC did indeed air the pilot episodes of such great shows like Dexter's Lab, Johnny Bravo, and Courage the Cowardly Dog.

Naw, you're right. I have a hard time keeping them straight in my mind. The one on Nickelodeon was Oh Yeah! Cartoons... so I think that this one must be the second round they did that produced Adventure Time and Regular Show. I'll have to look it up to make sure, though. XD
To be honest I found the first completely by accident because I always wondered whether Dilworth had ever made any other cartoons. The second was linked to it.
