Some people shouldn't drive...

I know that I am capable of driving in any weather generally, I just don't trust the other drivers... Today I had a good example.
The weather was a little snowy and rainy earlier and I was driving around 10pm... There was no snow or rain coming down, the roads had been salted and were clear. Due to the earlier weather and the time of day making it colder, I was driving a little under the speed limit using caution. I didn't encounter any issues on the road, just some idiot in a little red car.
I was in an area where the highway just changed from 4 to 2 lanes, so there was generally no passing other cars unless you got to one of those long straight parts of the road where there is a sign that says 'pass with care' which means you can pass someone in front of you if the other lane is clear. So, I was going a little under the speed limit and I see this car far ahead of me with their emergency lights flashing on their car. Pretty quickly I caught up to it cause the driver was only going 25 and the speed limit was 55, I was going about 50. i followed the person assuming that they were either overly cautious or they were having car trouble. Shortly we developed quite a line of cars, the driver in the little red car still kept going 25. You would think that someone who was going so much slower than the speed limit would at least be polite enough to pull over and let the other cars pass but no luck.
When I go to a passing zone where I could get ahead of them I put on my turn signal and passed on the left of the slow car. The driver, after having many cars following for a while at much under the speed limit, actually felt necessary to blow their horn at me when I passed them like I was doing something wrong.
Pretty soon, I couldn't see the car behind me at all.
If you were driving less than half of the speed limit, I don't understand why it's a problem if someone doesn't want to just sit behind you wasting time anymore.

I really hate people that drive slow like that. At least they put the emergency flashers on, but they should pull over if there's a line behind them.

OP
They are just not being fair to other drivers.
