There has been a change in the policy that I was informed of this morning.
Anyone who has pre-registered but NOT PAID as of the close of Pre-Registration on Monday night will NOT BE PRE-REGISTERED. You have to have paid by the deadline to keep your pre-registration.
For those who cannot pay by the deadline, you will have to wait in the on-site registration line.
