My first pet ever. I knew it had to happen eventually.
But we're putting down Jax today. At 1PM. It's currently 11:40AM.
I'm not sure what to do with myself. I've officially lost both of my babies. Shocker was sudden, she was my joy, but Jax...Jax is such a different story. Jax was the family guardian angel. He knew when things were wrong.
When we were sick.
Sad.
Hurt.
He would sit next to us until we felt better. He wouldn't move unless he really had to pee or eat.
He'd bark at the TV at horses only. Why? I have no idea. Cartoon or real, he'd bark at them.
And his spot. Whenever I scratched the outside of his ear he'd practically get paralyzed and press his head down on my hand so hard I couldn't move it. He loved it.
