I already linked my bank account, I knew how to do that. But how do people pay me on paypal and how do I pay them? But thanks for ur input :)

Wolf's got it right for how to send money; you just hit the "Send Money" button at the top, put in their e-mail and the amount, put what type of payment (usually goods, but rumor has it gifts can avoid PayPal fees), hit Continue, add a message, and done.

As for getting money, they just do the same thing, and you pretty much just get it in your account automatically.
