How do you catch Batman?

In my family, big bats were always called Batman... and small ones Robin. xD
Now, we have such a Batman in our apartment -.- ... How do you catch a bat? ... How do you catch a bat in a room that's 3m60cm high? ...
I tried throwing a towel at it, but it's too fast.
I tried shooing it out the terrace door with a broom.
I tried turning the light off and waiting until it sits down ...
ARGH .. how? ...
I can't wait till that bastard gets tired because I'll die first of old age.
Now it fluttered into the kitchen, and disappeared into the steerages -.-" ... How do I get it out of there, and HOW do I catch it? .. I mean i could just leave our 5 cats out of the bedroom and wait .. but that would not very good for Batman.
I need some tips v_v ... oh and it doesn't like fruit.... so I can't trap it with that...

That'll get the wee bastard out. Sorry, on a Gears of War kick... I would've suggested shooting him in the knee caps and then curb stomping him but... he's to crafty... and Batman can never be shot.
we'll see what happens tomorrow. I hope it doesn't rain because I want to open all windows and doors, so it might fly out.
Put a radio in the house on an AM station that has no signal (IE--one that's just that annoying static). If I remember right, if you put it near an open door/window that you're trying to coax it out of, it'll be attracted to the frequency on the radio.

because at the moment it is not working ^^ .. the bat showed itself for a short time and then returned to its hiding point
Again--I'm not sure of how it all works. Acoustics in our building might affect it--as it's all cinderblock and tile.
well i don't even know if its still up there. yesterday evening it showed itself again, and flew out the window 3 times!!! but turned back immediately -.- ... we left the window open over the night, so I dunno if it's finally gone. I HOPE so. it must be pretty hungry ;( I don't really want it to starve.
