Given the game leaning towards scrubs and the flippantly erratic nature of the roster, I was determined not to care about this game, but I made a lot of friends playing MvC2 and it's hard for me to not be the least bit interested in having times like that again.

Deadpool alone almost makes the rest of the game forgivable. XD

i dont mind that they're making it more "beginner-friendly", just as long as its still fun to play. I thought TvC did a good job with it, making it more accessible but still pretty deep once you get into it. Maybe I could convince some of my non-fighting game friends to try it. :V

Admittedly I'm still questioning why certain characters like Megaman or Strider are suddenly not part of the main roster anymore. $10 for 2 DLC characters a pop (yet getting like 30 something for $60 as is) seems pretty steep too. Whatever happened to just unlocking folks the old fashioned way. :[

They're just milking it like they did with Super SF4. DLC is like crack to Capcom so they'll hit it up as much as they can get away with. They usually have characters ready for games these days but hold off on them for a later "upgrade." I'll bet you anything Frank West really was finished but they're holding off on him for an easy $10 later. ¦c Probably the same reason Megaman and Strider aren't in. But Viper made it? M.O.D.O.K.? Really? :p

even worse is when they're already ON the disc, and you're just paying to "unlock" them, even though you technically already bought them. Also they could've at least gave us a SFIII character too (since there's one for SFI, II, and IV), like Elena or something. Guess I better save up the eventual $10 when they do lol. ah well I still play the hell out of it whenever I get it.

Oh, you'll get it. We'll eventually get all the Capcom chars from TvC (Alex :p) since they'd be easy to port since MvC3 is basically TvC2 (which is why the "extra work" excuse really falls flat for Frank). I LOVES ME SOME ELENA. I was happy to see Makoto and Ibuki make it into Super and we'll eventually get Yun and Yang, but no Elena...just MORE SHOTOS. >_<

I just hope it'll be as a good game as MvC2, but uhh all I hear from fans is how they whine about how there's less characters and umm all I read in every post they make is "nitsuma this" and "nitsuma that". I don't know. I'm getting tired of seeing them complaining.
All I care for is if it'll be as a good game as the previous. Sure, characters are pretty cool and stuff, but I won't get that far to complain about almost anything they announce.

If there's anything I have a problem with, its the price for getting DLC characters. I know they need gas money, but still. Other than that I don't have any other complaints and want this immediately.
