Post-Illness Hunger

So I was thinking... I was gravely ill last Wednesday and I've noticed that many people I knew or had contact with last week were (or are) sick as well. Something crazy infectious is going around I guess!
Now, I wonder how one can tell when they're "officially" over that cold/illness? What feeling, cue, or moment does your body tell you that the worst is over and you're going feel like a living being again? For me, it's when I get ravenously hungry after the cold.
The day I end up eating 6 meals in a little under 12 hours is usually the indication that I'm well again. Or well enough that I'm not sick, cause I'm sure my cholesteral and sugar levels would say something different. :3
Hoping you all have health!

That being said, I got a cold in September, another just before xmas, a head cold right after xmas, and now I have a sinus infection. AWESOME.
As for me, I'm going to go try to use the elliptical machine today since I finally feel good enough to. Need to get this weight under control!
And yes, needles are a bitch. They have to sedate me when they draw blood or do anything involving needles, and I'm still a freak the whole time. D: I hyperventilate, cry, scream, have partial black-outs, etc. I am like the biggest freaking crybaby, but damn, it HURTS. I don't care what anyone else says - NEEDLES HURT. THEY HURT LIKE A MOTHERFUCKER.
