So we got this little Screech Owl in. He was hit by a Dodge Ram. Dislocated his wing at the shoulder and blew a pupil.
We thought he would die.

That is an amazing story! I can't believe he made a complete recovery. Did the eye ever fully recover?

The pupil was still larger but he didn't seem to have any isues seeing out of it.

I have no doubt that his school chums asked him the difference between mouse and a Dodge van, and being to embarrassed to admit he didn't know the answer he set out to discover it for himself.
