What could this mean?

About 4 months ago I've drawn wings on Kyte in almost all my guidelines. Obviously I don't draw them in the final picture, but they'd be there if I opened the original .sai file and turned the layer they were drawn on back to visible. I've forgotten why I draw them, it's just kind of become habitual.
