COMMISSIONS ARE OPEN!!!Etsy https://www.etsy.com/shop/ThePolymerOkapi
Storenvy http://thepolymerokapi.storenvy.com/
PLEASE READ AND FILL OUT THIS FORM WHEN CONTACTING ME ABOUT COMMISSIONS!
(even if it's just a price quote)
Name - Or username, though when I ship your item to you, obviously I need your actual name
Email- You can contact me on here but I prefer email as I check that far more often. Also, I will need your email if you want work in progress pictures your commission sent to you (my email is okapirose@comcast.net)
What do you want? - Please include the name of the character(s) (if any) along with COLOR references. And if the character has multiple outfits, find references of the one you want them in.
Shipping Details - Outside or inside US? If outside, need your address to calculate shipping
Deadline - Need these items by a specific time? Two weeks from payment MINIMUM
Other - Anything else?
Fill this out to as full completion as possible. The fewer back and forth messages we send to one another, the better. If you draw this process too long I will have to ask you to please step back and reevaluate what you want. It's easier to ask for all 20 of those figures that you were thinking about up front and then decide to cut that in half, than it is to start at a couple and continue to ask what the price is every time you add one or two.
If you are ordering ONLY charms, a minimum quantity of five (new or pre-made) is mandatory. This applies to convention commission pick-ups as well.

YES, I CAN DO CHARACTERS/ITEMS/ETC THAT I HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE BEFORE
Wobbles:
Polymer clay figures of my own design, glazed to give them a shiny finished look and to protect them from damage. These guys range from $3-$25 apiece and are 3 inches high at the tallest, most 2 inches or under. Many new characters I've done now have an eyepin and jumpring for the additional awesomeness of hanging the character above your desk or the like. If you don't want this new feature, please let me know, otherwise, like charms, it'll be default added. For a list of what characters I've done in the past and which are available by commission only, see journal here: Master Wobble List
Charms/Jewelry:
These range from $1 to $5+. Everything I can make them into is available under "Doohickeys"
-If the charm is $5+ then earrings (including nickel free) and phone strap attachments for it are FREE
-Buy any 9+ charms for a bracelet and you get the bracelet attachment for them for FREE
Doohickeys:
All eyepins & jumprings come with the charm, if you do not wish them to be attached (cannot be undone after baked & glazed) then let me know, or they will be included.
~Earrings- Hooks are 50c a pair (Studs are part of the item so they are not really a doohickey), nickel-free are $1 a pair
~Bracelets- $1 extra or buy 9+ charms to be attached to it, get the bracelet part for free (multiple colors available)
~Bracelets (nickel free)- $2 each. Silver and gold nickel free bracelets are now available
~Keychains- $1
~Phone strap- 25c
~Necklaces- $1 (avail. faux suede and organza in many different colors)
~Bookmark- $1
-Jack plugs- 50c (translucent or black)
Miniz & Lures:
Polymer clay character charms that can be worn like a pendant around the neck on a necklace or the more sturdy ones as keychains, price range about $6-$18 apiece.
Wedding Cake Toppers:
I've gotten a couple orders and a few quotes asking about these, so I thought I'd add them to this for reference. The toppers consist of two characters of your choice, or your bride/groom selves, with a base for them to be attached onto. Props can be included (up to 3). Pricing as always depends upon the detail and what you want done, though the average would be about $30, plus shipping.
---
Shipping is normally $2-$5 within the US, $7+ outside the US, more applying to both if you want express and the like.
Shipping itself usually takes only a couple days within the states, outside the US it varies.
Payment is required in advance (I don't start to work on the commission until I receive it, but larger commission payments can be made in increments over a maximum span of 3 months), I take Paypal primarily, but if you don't have an account, we can work some other method out if you live within the US. I also require your email to tell you the progress of your commission if you so wish it. Please make sure you give me an email you check at least once a day so that if any changes have to be made, the wait time won't be as long. You're welcome to contact previous commissioners if you wish to verify I'm not out for your money and will deliver commissions.
Time between receiving payment and shipping the product varies, since I take whatever time I need to to work on the commission.
If you have a deadline please inform me up front with minimal two weeks notice!
Otherwise do not assume you will get your commission in time for an occasion.
Returns/Damages/Other Notes
Each case is different and thus will be handled differently when they happen but the main policy is once it leaves my hands at the post office or after I've given it to you at a convention, I'm done, I have no control over what happens to it. What I make is NOT for little children to be played with and kept out of reach of pets like dogs and cats. The clay itself is non toxic but there is a little metal frame inside each figure to stabilize them and thus can be harmful if swallowed.
