They even are planing to do a Mexico Top Gear. Please, we only need UK Top Gear, no more US or other countries. I thought the new Stig could be the guy from Fifth Gear, but you never know. Anyways sooner or later his identity will be revealed, lie always :P I wouldnt like to be always an annonymous top driver.

They need to have U.S. top gear badly, but it really should just be the real Top Gear being rebroadcast, and throw a few more American cars in it from time to time.

I suppose you saw the UK episode where they mentioned they had to get a different visa to enter the US as the one they were using was not for "Entertainment" purposes. That was also the same episode where Chevelot or such wouldn't give them one of the cars they were test driving (in which one of the hosts had to go buy the actual car off a lot) due to them being stuck up and saying that Top Gear says nothing but bad things about our cars.

Yeah, I caught a bit of that one, but it's hard to blame Chevy on that, Top Gear does seem to have a lot of nasty things to say about the U.S. from time to time.
