@Snapai (me) / @Snapimation (art)Do you ever skip a meal or two? Or eat fewer than three meals a day? If you skip meals, how often does this happen?
Just curious if anyone out there who's thin is doing intermittent fasting without realising it (which is very, very easy if somehow the "YOU MUST EAT AT 9, 12, and 6" attitude never sunk in from culture or parents)

Imma go eat now cause I feel bad for it thanks :3
I haven't ate yet today except a doughnut on lunch, it's almost 6pm.
As far as I can tell there's no real need for people to skip meals, just have smaller or more healthy meals.
but then again.. I surely am NOT *thin*.....
I don't skip meals but I don't eat a lot, especially not much recently since with my job I don't get any exercise. I eat one slice of bread for breakfast and one for lunch, when I did volunteer work at a zoo I ate three times as much. In the evening I always have a warm meal. I love candy and snacks but I just don't buy them myself. (I do eat whatever I get offered!) Also I'm not amazingly thin, but a healthy weight for my length (170cm, 57kg) so I can't complain.
Breakfast: One cup of cereal.
Lunch: A sandwich or two.
Dinner: Fried eggs and bread.
My weight: 298lbs.
My height: 6'3"
If you have less than a day of no calorie intake, and then normal calorie intake again, it doesn't happen. :P
It's much more an issue for calorie restriction diets, as I understand.
I eat within an hour of waking up. It doesn't have to be much. A slice of toast, piece of cheese, or half a bagel will do. After that, I just eat what I want when I want. The big kicker here is that I don't want things that are particularly bad for me, which makes a huge difference. You have to will yourself into it, and I will honestly tell you it isn't easy. Eat until you're satisfied/satiated, not full. Eat half of what you want, give yourself 20 minutes or so, and stop if you no longer feel hungry, whether or not you feel full.
This is doing wonders for me and I'm spreading it as hopefully I can help someone else.
Usually that once /day is enough. ^^
There's also drinking liquor for weeks on end without food but you have to have years of idiot musician lifestyle under your belt to properly metabolize that. ;P
Lunch and dinner are a must, but if I eat anything before about 11 AM I just feel sick to my stomach for an hour or two.
