I've always liked cats far more than dogs :U So thats why Kanvet's a cat. She used to be a snow leopard, cause it had to do with where i lived in Michigan. We got a lot of snow.. and leopards seem strong to me. soo, thats why she started like that. Purple is my favorite color (since i was 10 years old) Why did she turn into a plush monster? I like monstery things and have for a while :U plus plushes are awesome. Sooo.. why not combine em you know?

I'm going to type out a huge-ass comment here. Get ready! XD

Okay, so anyway, I used to be a sea otter. She started out plain old brown, then went black and white eventually. I named her Patch, because I was known as Potatopatch elsewhere. It's a name that I truly came to hate, though.
I think as an animal otter describes my personality pretty well. Snuggly, playful, loves to swim, long torso, short legs.
Eventually I realized otters just can't be feminine if they're portrayed realistically. They have very masculine faces.
I also joined fa pretty recently, and came to the quick conclusion that most "otters" are totally gay. No offense of course, but the sort of gay otter vibe that they carry with them really doesn't fit me at ALL. I decided it was time for a change. XD

I really kind of felt at that point that the character to represent me didn't have to be an animal that necessarily fitted me perfectly, just one I liked. Though that's not entirely true, because I'd never pick rabbit or canine because I just don't share that mindset. Anyway, I went for skunk. I already love the color combo it has, and despite not having any interest in farts and stuff, I think skunks fit me well enough.
I gave her waffles on her ears because I totally love Dutch stroopwafels. Best food ever. I really do love food. Having her be made out of food is very fitting. She also has licorice nipples but I don't advertise the fact on fa. :X I don't really want her to be sexualized.
I guess there's not much else to her. I just wanted something pretty and fun, that suits me well enough! :>
I'm really happy with her design. When I left fa for a bit, I really did miss her. Surprised me a bit. x3

Yeah, skunk spray fetish scares me. I don't think Waffelle seems like she does that, but it always scares me a bit being a skunk, just because people might think I find stinky things sexy. x'D That's so bad.

I don't really like anything but non-sexual art, to be honest. Especially with Waffelle. So when I draw her with tentacles it will definitely be non-sexual. x3 I want to draw big shiny black ones coming out of her mouth~

MY FURSONA IS A WOLF DRAGON HYBRID BECAUSE I'M SUPER ORIGINAL LIKE THAT!

Nah but for reals, basically I originally had this one human/dragon character, whichwas myself with dragon features (self insert much lol) and I always loved wolves, so at some point I decided that my fursona would be exactly the same except with wolf features instead of human features. the coloring is all based on myself (fur is hair color, same eye color, etc) and the dragon part has always been red because I was deemed a fire dragoness a long time ago in a stupid guild but it stuck and I digged it

I've always liked big cats, mostly lions and I really like colours so that's how my character came to be.

Your's is the most colourful sona I've seen in this site :D

I currently have three at the same time, Tzologeist the gooeymaw, Boar Czar Zila, the pig, and Tutti the kangaroo. Boar Czar Zila came about one day when i was playing around with anagrams and found that my at-the-time screen name and character name was Bailzzararco (a bat), was Boar Czar Zila, and my chinese horoscope is year of the pig...thusly Boar Czar Zila was born. Originally he was not a cute character at all. Rather he was mean looking. Tutti is my latest personally character, and she occured around the time my neices were born. My mom had asked me to draw a card featuring kangaroos because apparently two different people has sent kangaroo related cards to my brother and sister in law, and we were just following the herd. It was a drawing of the new parents and kangaroos. I figured if my brother is a kangaroo then I have to be one, too. Originally she was going to be mostly like a real kangaroo, but slowly I developed her into what she is now. I decided I would like a character that actually LOOKS like me. Though Tutti is still in the early stages of development, as Tzologeist is also, though for the gooeymaw it's look is pretty down pat. I have no plans of changing it's looks. Also if you notice the characters are male, female and ??? although Tzologeist IS actually female, but it's never mentioned anywhere, and she and all other gooeymaws are usualy referred to as "it" It's a monster, afterall, and putting a gender to it seems to take away from it's inherit monsterishness.

A kitten because I fucking love kittens! and just white because I don't want a complicated design to avoid the "You're copying me!" drama. All the hair colors/piercings/clothes I actually have myself :D
