I threw out mah damn back.
And I wish I could say it was by doing something cool - like I was balancing on a 30 ft. ladder to save 20 kittens and 5 babies, and I twisted and fell to my death... ... ...well, maybe that's a little overkill, but I did it while bending over to do paperwork. Paperwork! Lame.
I think I wanna go color something... *attempts to locate wacom*

Did go to one once that was also a health and wellness (ie alternative medicine), and he was pretty keen.

I threw my back out when I was bending over slightly to reach for my rear with piece of toilet paper...
