I see a lot of journals about leaving FA. Some are serious about it, others just disappear for a time and come back. Either way, I wouldn't worry about it too much. If they have their minds set to go, there's very little anyone can do to convince them otherwise, besides giving them time to contemplate the reasons they decied to leave.

I, for one, am not going anywhere.
