I wanted to clarify that I wasn't fishing for compliments; I was evaluating whether or not it was worth continuing. Recent events in my life have left me questioning whether or not it's worth continuing a lot of things I enjoy, honestly.

I guess it's just that some people, while being brutally truthful, can still avoid being a complete dick, whereas other people can be mildly truthful and still make me feel like a worthless piece of trash.

I don't want to turn this into a whine-fest, so I'll leave it there I guess. No, I'm not going anywhere.
