i dunno what that is. haha sorry. just as long as it's not distilled water. Either way. be careful. Make sure you do take in other things for your body. juice is also important for electrolites. if you flush out your electrolites with only water you can die. happened to a woman but then again she drank 4 litres of water in 2 hours i think. that's what killed her.

yessum. so you should be fine. I'm just worried about distilled water i guess. haha. look up online what you're donig if you can and get proper research on how your diet should be etc. before you start~ look in many different places~

Water really is the way humans are supposed to be, so i guess you could consider it cleansing.

well if your going to that you should also cut out breads and grains for a week. eat only white meats and greens like broccolli

Ive done this before, with both the purified water and cutting out grains and red meat. I works wonders!
