Finally it happened on this dead little island, I got a call back for a call center in the Nanaimo area.. I can already hear the hisses of "oooh.. call center work...." and i completely hear you. I am really happy to finally have a job again but since its call center work and I can get stressed more easily than your average Pseudo manly-man, I am not sure how long my sanity and pride will tolerate this kind of work.
The good news is there is 4 weeks of paid training so that will be a great instantaneous supplement to my dwindling bank account.... I was ready to go on welfare if I didn't land this job, no joke..
In the mean time though its a rather large load off my shoulders, but the job search will not end, even with this job paying $10/hr and having a minimum of 20hrs a week of work (which in this economy is like the equivalency of a ritzy high-class poor mans job) I still have issues with rude, stupid and arrogant people so we shall see. If I can really roll with it, I will stick to this job, if not, then I gotta try and survive it till I find something less stressful and degrading.
Once again I feel like I will have a future in this world.

If its similar to Stream back in the Wack there, then it shouldn't be too problematic.
Happy you found a job, and its not that bad of one actually. Just a tad boring.
Heheh I am very glad something happened at long last too! I guess for those jobs you gotta be a smooth talker, the hours and wage certainly are not that bad. i can deal with boring I think XD
