Does anyone else worry about this in the Shower?...

Is it just me, or does anyone else worry about closing your eyes in the shower?
When I was very young, when ever I had a shower, I would always worry about having to close my eyes when getting the shampoo out of my hair. I was afriad that when I opened them again, there would be something... Something not very nice standing right in front of me.
I don't know what it would be, maybe just something evil or scary, but I'd bbe worried that it would watch me while I was showering and soon as I closed my eyes to get rid of the shampoo, it would use that time to try and get me, meaning as soon as I open up again, it would be there standing in front of me.
Due to this, I would find ways of taking a shower without having to close my eyes to get rid of the shapoo, sometimes I'd use goggles, sometimes I'd tilt my head back so none of the soapy water would fall down my front.
Anywho, as I grew up, I stopped worrying about it, howrever, sometimes after i've been watching something scary, or reading something scary on my own for a while, I'll start to get that 'creeped' out feeling of being watched in my room, then when I go for a showerI'll worry about... 'what if it comes when I close my eyes'.
Oh well, this might just be me ^^

Sleeping in my small bedroom at the time, I was afraid to open my eyes after closing them just incase he'd be standing at the door with his machette haha
I just thought I was extra weird in the shower hehe
Can't say I've ever been afraid of anything like that.
Guess you had a worry free childhood when showering then :p
I never had that...I was just worried it would see me if I moved...so if I happened to wake up half hanging out the bed, I couldn't move at all...
To counter this, I blue tact'd my TV remove to the wall next to my bed, so in "Emergencies" I could quickly turn it out without having to look for it.
however if im alone and its dark when i need to go upstairs i cant turn my back on the front door without running
Usually the only thing i'm afraid of going down stairs in the dark is stuff on the steps i can't see. hehe
