You can get celebi at gamestop with heartgold/soulsilver/platinum/pearl/diamond until the 6th. Just go to a store and do the mystery gift option.

I don't really know... besides 3 vs 3 battles. I think that's about it?

The ones I really like are haunter, dragonair, medicham, luxray, scyther, vulpix, houndour, buizel, oshawott, and liepard.
