I probably won't hold a contest this month, sorry. I didn't anticipate the amount of school work I would be getting.
Anyway, Winners are as follow:

1st Place - 1 full coloured piece (up to 2 characters) goes to

...heh, just kidding. Can't say that you chose badly Sunktokeca; might I get some feedback, all the same, on what you thought worked and failed in my and Lee46's story? Also, thanks for making the contest in the first place, it was really nice to have an actual motivation to write something so short.
sure. I asked Raknar too if he could give you some feed back and he said he'll look into it. i will give some proper feedback later on tonight or tomorrow morning, depending how much time I get.
No worries. I'm glad you enjoyed the contest. I figured 1500 words would be a good challenge for people
Aww, thanks for that; and take your time with that. Though the story was written for the contest, it is still a depiction of my character Thyge (if a more mature one) so I'm not liable to be removing that story any time soon.
And thanks again for having the contest in the first place. Seriously it's kind of hard to find story contests around here. *gets out his binoculars and a mobile DHD, before moving on to the stargate over the hill* Now, for that other planet I discovered...
it's alright. i used to write on a more regular basis and i do consider it a form of art, so i thought 'hm, why not a writing contest'
