So close, but so far away. Part two(Para)

Moo tiredly rubbed his eyes as she looked about his room, His sandy brown walls and cream carpet made it look like a small coffee shop. There wasn't much, just a wardrobe, a desk with a laptop on it and a bed of course. He turned to the cream blinds blocking the morning sunlight from the room, pulling a cord they shot open as warm rays flooded into the room. Moo covered his eyes as the bright light blinded him for a second. He let his eyes adjust before getting out of bed and walking to he small pine wardrobe, he opened the door and just grabbed the first thing he saw, slipping on a white t-shirt and denim jeans she took a deep breath.
He was greeted be the smell of toasting bread before his ears twitched from the pop of a toaster down stairs.
The kitchen and dinning room were converted into one room, the kitchen had the basic appliances and the dining room was big enough for a four person oak table. Moo sat at the table and pushed his tail through the gap in the back of the chair, "Hey mom, have you seen my phone?" A short female fox stood washing some dishes, her red dress with white flower pattern spun elegantly with her body as she turned to face Moo she looked at him through clear green eyes and spoke with a soft calm voice.
"it was in the living room last time i saw it, i'll take a look for you one second." She walked out of the door. Moo looked down at a plate of buttered toast placed in front of him, he sighed and looked back as his mother as she reentered the room. "Here." she said sliding the phone across the table. Moo picked it up and began to text.
'Hey hunni it's me, can you call me as soon as you get the chance? <3 Moo.'
He toss the phone aside as his mother sat opposite him holding a cup of coffee. "You need to eat something you know?" She said with a concerned tone. Moo just sighed as he looked over his mothers shoulder and out of the kitchen window. "That dream again?" She asked. Moo picked up his toast and took a bite. "This isn't healthy you know, you stay up all night, your mind wanders all the time." Moo looked up placing the toast down. "I know, but." he paused just giving another sigh, "Look i'll go out and get some air, then i'll come back and we can talk all you want." He stood up and grabbed his phone. walking out of the door.
