Evil dentist, hence why he dresses up like that *L* Use the first pic's fur, tail, and eyes as the color ref for him since I've not had the time to make a good ref sheet with color of that outfit yet. The dentist coat is white, pants and boots are black. I don't mind the clothing designs played with a bit at all.
