haha i don't think so, at least i hope not, at first she only wanted two so they were together and then she asked her sister if she wanted the other two and she agreed to it XP Im happy that they are going to go to one family so they will all be close (:
That is likely not a good thing. They should have vaccines by the time they're ready to leave mom. At least one set.
Please don't breed your dog again if you're not even going to put the time and effort into vaccines. That's incredibly irresponsible and dangerous not only for the pups but for mom, too.
Well i talked to the person whos taking them, they are offering to give them their shots and get them de-wormed. I'm rehoming them BECAUSE i can't afford to do these things for them and these people can. The woman who taking them is going to keep 2 at her home and her sister is taking the other two so they will be close to their family. Please don't assume these things of me. It's very rude.
You really don't know my situation or anything about me,I didn't go out and breed my dog, i obviously didn't have the means to get her what she needed, i barely have enough to get her heart worm pills, and yes she did get pregnant but because i had to move into a home that had a male dog that wasnt fixed she ended up having puppies and now im doing the best i can to take care of what i got myself into and giving the puppies a good home so they CAN get their shots and de-wormed, i don't even have enough money to take myself to the doctor much less get my dog fixed. And yes i did try to get a home for her but obviously it didn't work out. i don't see how you can just assume all this stuff when you don't know a damn thing about me or whats going on. :\
You really could have went about this a different way instead you decided to be an ass.
There are not very many. You people are attacking a young girl, who has had a very shit life the last few years. Sure, it wasn't great that her dog got pregnant but I can assure you that she didn't have the dog breed on purpose. I totally agree that its the right thing to do but when someone can't afford to even go to the doctor, they generally can't afford to have their dogs spade.
And at the very least, you should at least commend her for rehoming the puppies and not just keeping them all to get sick. She did a big thing in itself by just giving the dogs to someone who can take better care of them.
So...offering advice is attacking? I am in no way attacking her. I'm actually trying to help. Just because I'm realistic doesn't mean "should fuck off."
why should i fuck off? because i care for the well-being of animals that this girl obviously cannot afford to care for? whether or not she is getting the dog pregnant on purpose, the dog still got pregnant because of negligence on her part and on the part of the owner of the male dog.
backyard breeders aren't always breeding their animals on purpose.
I wasn't an ass in any way. I was actually very polite.
In fact, if you call your local Humane Society, they're likely to have at least numbers for low cost clinics. I would offer to help, but you clearly don't want me doing that.
Yes, to drop them off. But there may be spay/neuter clinics as well as shot clinics available. Not just for animals needing adopting out.
If you're comfortable telling me the area around which you live, I could maybe help you find some. Or you could search petfinder.com for some rescues/shelters who could probably direct you to some. Alternatively, try calling a vet's office. I've worked for a few for a long time, and the receptionists usually have a list of low cost places that could likely help you out.
They don't charge anything? Because i literally have no income whats so ever and now i have probation to pay every month. I love my dog very much and when i moved into my boyfriends moms i tried giving her away to some family and they couldn't take her because she barked too much and was too over protective of my little brother.
Some charge, some don't. It sort of depends on the clinic. There are quite a few here (OK) that don't charge anything at all. Many are income based. I paid 40 dollars to spay my pit mix, but my friend didn't pay a dime to have her male cat neutered at the same location...at the time, I had a job and she didn't. It just depends...but it can't hurt to look.
I never said you didn't love your dog, and I wouldn't. I know how hard it can be to be hurting for money with pets...I'm in a similar situation, but I've known about low cost alternatives...so I managed to avoid this happening.
http://www.leelostpets.com/Pages/Lo.....erClinics.aspx Here's a few listed...I don't know if they're free or not, but it can't hurt to call and find out. And if they're not free, they might be able to direct you to one that is.
I really hope that helps. And if you still can't find one, there, go to www.petfinder.com and just start calling local rescues and asking...you might be surprised by how many offer such services.
Alright, i'll look into it, Thank you (: I hope i can find to get it done cheap, i really want to keep her, shes kinda the first dog i have had on my own.

You people should really fuck off.
