There's a new MMORPG coming out, The Secret World.
Setting is Modern day, the modern world myths are actually true, you get be in one of the 3 factions for control of the world:
The Illuminati: (American based) http://www.thesecretworld.com/society/illuminati/
The Templars: (European based) http://www.thesecretworld.com/society/templars/
The Dragons: (Asian based) http://www.thesecretworld.com/society/dragon/
The game features no levels and no classes. You have access to all powers/abilities and weapons.
They have a test to see which faction you belong to. The presentation is interesting though: http://www.thesecretworld.com/community/initiation
