Who knows. Maybe food industry doesn't use as much chemicals, colourants or other unhealthy stuff in a microwave/easy-to-prepare meals as they say...

Might have lost the 18 due to your body processing food better, like it get rids of the fats or whatnot healthier. But I dunno, I'm no doctor o;

And the shirt's XXL might have been different to other, like a XXL T-shirt might be bigger then a XXL buttoned shirt. But I dunno I'm no tailor o;

No matter though. I managed to find some other clothes that actually fits me quite well. So it wasn't entirely pointless shopping trip. ^^

XXL from one brand is not the same XXL from another brand. Goes for pants and other articles of clothing. Wish they could all be a little more standardized.

If they're different brands, the size won't always be the same. Alot of the more recent brands are coming in much smaller sizes due to the "in" thing. As for your weight loss, might've been a loss of muscle. Muscle does weigh more than fat.

I dunno. It's hard to tell since I've never been that muscular either. I don't think there's much to lose in that area.

About the size differences between different companies, yeah, that's how it has to be. I've got it now.
