Only one lynx has made an icon for us, and that is And we appreciate it! <^^> But...

So I set this contest up because our affiliation bunnies gave me the idea; we need a new icon to celebrate the new year (even if we are already into the year) and for the number of members we have successfully hit.
I know you're not all artists, but some of you are. Here's your chance to have your art on the pages of those who have the icon on their page and so new members can see!


Contest:
This is only open to members. Make a new group icon and upload it with "LyxofFA Group Icon Contest" in the title, and then send the link in a message to me. I'll post links to all entries in this journal so everyone can check here to make sure I've seen the entries. The deadline will be APRIL 2ND. At that time, I will post a new journal with all the entries and members may vote on the one they like best, or to keep the old one. The winning icon will be the group's official logo from now until it's time to get a new one again. Needless to say, this would be great publicity for any artist; so that is technically the prize. :3

Looking for:
(these are things you could do with the icon; they aren't what you need to do to enter)
- colour
- monotone
- animation
- simple text
- complex text (clear to read)
- natural lynx colours
- unnatural lynx colours (ex: blue, green, pink, etc.)

Rules:
1.) Must say "Lynx of FA" in a size that will be readable when reduced to 100x100 pixels.
2.) Must comply with FA guidelines http://www.furaffinity.net/controls/avatar/
3.) Must be "watch" this group to enter
4.) You do not have to be a lynx

You can submit your art at any size, but it will be checked for it's appearance as a 100x100 avatar for the voting.
