Did I get Hacked?

Okay, so I was perusing through porn sites when an ad popped up about "a loophole in female psychology." Curious, I clicked it. I then clicked it away when the video claims that sexually liberated women like sexually liberated guys, and shy girls like shy guys.
To quote the Nostalgia Critic; AH-DOY!
I clicked it away not only because it's a waste of time, but also because I suspected foul play. It's possible that a hacker made that video and while I was watching it, a virus or worm or something creeped its way into my computer and may now be doing nasty things to it, unbeknownst to me.
At least, that's what I suspect. I haven't actually seen any indicators that my computer may have been hacked, but maybe that's to lull me into a false sense of security.
Are my fears real? Or am I just being paranoid?

Now you might be ok but I might do a quick scan or even a complete one if your really worried.
Though if you have an anti-virus then it should have caught something if it was trying to get in.

My buddy uses it and he says it's pretty good. I can trust him to be sure about that otherwise I wouldn't reccomend it to you.
I don't see anything on the site but my friend should know.
All I see on avast is things about PC so it might not be compatable with a MAC.
Sorry man. Only thing I can reccomend for you now is to go out and get an anti virus of some kind for your computer.
You should always have an anti virus on your computer or your just asking for trouble.
