My leg huts. Badly. I let out a groan and instinctively curl up... which turns out to be a really bad idea. The movement causes another much stronger wave of pain to erupt from my knee and shoot through the rest of my body.
Shadow Knight (Sci-Fi, romance/drama/war story)
Being the master of the Arkalon system's Gateway Station, captain Valton prided himself on always being the first to respond when the alarm went off. And as such, he felt a pang of irritation when he realized that, for once, someone had beaten him to the control room.
Kayn (Drama/romance)
Being a rather young technology, flyboats tended to be rather noisy things. I’d seen instances of flights so noisy, people couldn't even talk to each other once on board. The one I was in, though, was one of the most advanced models and included an insulation layer that made the trip comfortable and relatively quiet. On the other side, I wouldn’t have minded more noise. At least then I could have pretended not to hear my father’s scornful remarks.

I do have a prologue and two chapters posted in my gallery here, but those parts are old and need a rewrite anyway...

I might do this meme if I did WIPs, but I don't. I have a ton of ideas in my head, but lack the motivation/creativity to write them out. Whenever I DO write, I write it out in full pretty much in one sitting. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 days, but never long enough that I would have a WIP just sitting around.

I wish I could do that... Even if I didn't have a huge writing block right now, I'd be unable to do that with these three projects: they're all pretty much novel-length.

I don't have the attention span for that! XD Also, I seem to have trouble putting detail into my stories. I envision it perfectly, but it loses so much when I write it out.

That's actually a good description of the reason why I have a writer's block: stories that I can fully envision in my mind, but putting them down on paper/on screen never works.
