He/She

So... for a while now, I've had an idea for a little manga.
I'm not sure if I would call it "He/She", because it may offend some people... but in reality it's referring to letters from school when it says things like "Your son/daughter is showing great skills. He/She is excellent at..." as it follows characters that are still in College.
Basically, the story is of a girl who longs to get away from menstrual pains, so a cute, sexy little fairy visits her (not the last time you see her, though, I assure you) and gives her a special earring.
Then, in a "Magical Girl" style transformation, the earring turns her into a man for the length of her menstrual cycle.
Obviously this would seem like a relief for the heroine, but she develops relationships with her female peers as a man and has to come up with excuses for being absent (in female and male forms) so often.
So, I'm going to draw the two characters soon.
The girl's name is Dillon Stark... I'm wondering if I should call her Dillon while she's a man as well, or if I should name her male alter-ego Dammian...???
If anyone has any feed-back, it would be greatly appreciated... (and yes, I'll have art of them up by the end of the week... clean, maybe a dirty piece... we'll see what happens...)
