somebody told me that every day there are less and less dom guys in the fandom... and i think this pic proves it

I am of a dom nature though I am quiet and reserved. I also find older bears more attractive but its not common to find a big bear looking for a younger guy unless its the 20 something twinky.
People think that, because my 'sona is huge and massive, that I'm a natural dom. When the opposite is true. Of course, that doesn't stop them from being sub in the chats. :\
A lack of doms could be fine as it can be fun to take control as the bottom :3, but a lack of tops can really suck.

I guess I'm talking from a switch point of view. Why put the effort in to dom when I can provide existing doms with something that seems to be getting rare!?
But as you said, doms are becomming less and less because it seems to take more and more effort at times - but then there are those out there who are excellent doms if you can find them!
and I always thought there was a difference between "top/bottom" and "dom/sub", mainly that top and bottom described who "poked/got poked" and the other described who was "in charge"...all of which can always change at any time, technically, but generally subs are bottoms/doms are tops..though I gotta admit it's fun to be a bossy bottom sometimes :)
