Yeah, not sleeping well, creative juices are flopping for the most part, and this dream is scaring me. It involves my oc's, or at least five of them. I might be overthinking this whole thing, but Im close knit to them, so its a little close.
(read at your own risk, its a huge dream)
Dream that wont let me alone:
Began as Aion, who seemed to be running from something. Ducked behind a white painted brick wall as what appears to be gunfire coming at him as he remains behind the brick. A rapier is at his hip and a gun of some type is in his hand, as he returns fire to what appear to be white haired males and females with blazing orange eyes firing at him. Aion is shot in the arm as he recoils and remains behind the wall. A foreign language is spoken amongst those on the opposite side of the wall, a dialect Aion cant understand. He turns and fires at them, only to find they are no longer there. Startled, he scans the area before turning back to his side, to find the men and women in front of him now. His eyes widen as a silver headpiece with ornate orange stones is shot at him, grabbing onto his head, clinging to his forehead. His hands grab and claw at the mechanism attached to his head, as two 'arms' pull out of the sides of the headpiece and grab onto his lower jaw, securing itself to his head. He writhes in agony before his mind is won over, and his emerald eyes are replaced by a hellish orange. He drops to the ground as the headpiece takes over, losing consciousness shortly after. Something is muttered amongst the people in white robes, before he is trapped inside of a large green crystal. He is put aside close to the entrance inside that was formed by an explosion, and left alone to sleep as the headpiece rewrites his mind.
We then move to Kieiru, who is actually at work in the shop at the time of the incident. As hes working under a car on an oil change and tune up, he notices someone approaches the car hes working under. He says he'll be out in a moment to assist them, when the feet walk away to talk with his manager. He looks confused for a moment before sliding out from under the car, seeing his manager on the ground, unconscious or dead he isn’t sure, but he sees the person that had paused next to the car he was working on in nothing but long white robes with red going down the sleeves originating from the shoulder down to the hand, ending in a red spiral, with blazing orange eyes that stare down at him. In the man's hands is an ornate silver headpiece with orange stones that seem to blaze much like his own. Frozen just taking in the characteristics of this new man, he gets up and goes to his manager, checking his pulse, breathes a sigh of relief to feel his pulse at a steady speed, just glad he isn’t dead. When he gets up the silver headpiece is in front of him, a language he has never heard slips between the man's lips, which remain tight and almost unmoving. When the man finally stops his speaking, the silver helmet flies at Kieiru, who ducks below it before lifting a wrench to fight it off with. As the thing approaches, he swings at it. The wrench connects with the headpiece as it flies off to his left and hitting the wall with a defeated clang. Snorting Kieiru turns back to the white cloaked man, cussing at him and requesting he leave the premises or the police would be notified. The man didn’t even react. He looked over at the fallen crown, muttering something between his tightly closed lips. Kieiru attempted talking to him, the wrench still in his hand, frowning when the strange person wasn’t even looking at him. When Kieiru started to speak again, the man started talking over him, as the headpiece lifted from the ground, and flew at Kieiru. Before Kieiru could smack it away again, it latched onto his head as two pieces strapped to his jaw, to keep it in place. He fell to the ground and fought to get it off, tiring too quickly for his liking (perhaps a side effect of the new crown or just fatigue from having been at work already for a few hours its unclear.) Soon enough he stops struggling and goes limp on the ground, lifted into the air by invisible hands that hold him upright as a red crystal formation covers him, his eyes opening barely to be the same startling orange of his attacker. His eyes close as he sent into sleep from the power of the crown, as the man and the red crystal disappear from the shop, the red crystal now next to the green one Aion is in.
We then switch to the troupe, with what seems like the clean up of a finished performance, with Matthew and Torren assisting the other troupe members with taking down the tents as others put costumes away in their proper places. As the troupe finishes packing and the crowd has all but dispersed, Torren notices someone in a white robe just standing where the audience had once been. First thing he does is go up to him to see if he needs anything. The man looks down at him and removes a silver headpiece with orange gems from the inside of his robe, holding it out to Torren. Quizzical of the man's intentions, Torren takes the helmet, lifting it to his face to take a closer look at it. Turning the thing over and looking through the hole for his head he sees the man take out another, tilting his head as he says something. Unable to recognize the language Torren almost asks him to repeat himself, before the headdress seems to come to life and latch onto his neck. He yelps and struggles with it as he slips up to his head, clinging to him as the arms of it relocate from his neck to his jaw, securing it in place. Torren screams now at this point and attempts to fight off the strange power from the headpiece. Torren's screaming alerts Matthew, who drops the crate he was carrying to one of the wagons to rush to Torren's aid, seeing him writhing on the ground attempting to get the thing off of him. Matthew falls next to him and attempts to pry it off of Torren, who is crying and whimpering as he is terrified. As Matthew struggles to free Torren, the white robed man removes a second headpiece, and lets it go to Matthew, who is barely alerted when Torren whimpers in warning. Turning quickly Matthew ducks beneath the seemingly living headpiece, kicking it away as he returns to help Torren. The headpiece that went after Matthew rises again, flying at him. When Torren stops struggling and the headpiece is in place against him, Matthew shakes him, trying to wake him. Torren's eyes slide open, the hellish orange that are the same color as the adornments on the crown and of the robed man's eyes. Matthew, now terrified of what may happen to Torren, gets up and charges the man, throwing a punch at him. Feeding off of Matthew's greatest fears, the man suddenly disappears and reappears behind him, his form changing. By the time Matthew turns around, he is face to face with a white serpent with red patterning down its back, paling at the sight of it. He steps back before tripping over a crystal that appears around Torren, golden in color, standing him upright. Matthew beats against it trying to wake him, as the massive snake approaches him. His eyes widen in fear as he beats against the crystal again, before it disappears, the white serpent the only thing against him now. He steps back once again in fear, as the snake strikes, coiling around him tightly to keep him place as he struggles. He's panting heavily as he kicks helplessly as the headpiece flies at him, grabbing onto him quickly and tightly. Screaming in fear and pain, Matthew writhes in the snake's coils as the headpiece rewrites his brain to accepting commands. By now Garrison has heard Matthew and Torren scream, as he hobbles towards them, seeing Torren is gone and Matthew in the clutches of a white robed man. He frowns and attempts to approach him before the robed chap disappears, dropping Matthew to the ground. Garrison approaches him before a large deep blue crystal forms around Matthew, blocking him. He beats against it and attempts to bond with Matthew to wake him, but the crystal lifts and disappears before him.
There are four crystals back in the room, one green, one red, one golden yellow, and the other deep blue. Just one last person.
Snarling Ke'al is approached on all sides by white robed men, the one in front of him holding the same silver headpiece in his hands, attempting to speak to him in civilized manner to tell him they are doing good. Ke'al snorts and dives at the man, throwing the headpiece away as he attempts to claw him, slashing into the dirt. He looks down at where the man was before turning on his heel, seeing the man behind him unscathed. Growling as the others close in around him, he swipes at them and dives beneath them, running now. The men follow him as they attempt to stop him, using their more desperate measures by throwing orange colored glowing ropes at him. Ke'al ducks and dodges them expertly, used to the feeling of humans trying to capture him, kicking back one when he gets to be too close to him. He seems on the homestretch as he runs, seeing the thicket he, his wife Julen and their son Teil share as home, not wanting to put them in danger. He is jarred from his thoughts as a rope suddenly catches his right leg, dragging him down with a thud. He growls and struggles, clawing at the impenetrable rope as it wraps and wraps around him, trapping his legs together. He snarls as the men catch up, seeming un-bothered about the whole ordeal, as one approaches with the headpiece. Ke'al manages to bite him, even as the orange ropes are now up to his arms, coiling higher and higher, trapping him in place. The man recoils and disappears for a split second, only to reappear behind Ke'al. Before Ke'al has the chance to turn and bite him again, the ropes end at his throat, tightening to the point they could suffocate him if he made a wrong move. He growls as the man removes the headpiece again, holding it in front of Ke'al's face. The hybrid snarls and bites at him again before choking once, growling when the headpiece suddenly flies at him and latches onto his head. Ke'al's eyes widen as he struggles with it, writhing about on the ground as the ropes hold him snugly, howling in pain and in fear. The headpiece shifts into place and gets to work immediately, rendering Ke'al suddenly helpless as he drops to his side, his brilliant sapphire eyes replaced quickly with hellish orange. As soon as there is a sliver of obedience in him, the headpiece, using the mysterious powers it has, puts him to sleep, closing his terrifying eyes as an amethyst crystal covers him. The robed men look at each other and nod, before they and the crystal disappear to join and regroup.
