[Rant]I love my job.

I really detest those who work around me who are always complaining about their job.
I mean really? Fucking really???
5 days a week (weekends off)
Full 40 hour week
Paid Bi-weekly
Unpaid 1 hour lunch
2 weeks PAID vacation time a year. (3 weeks at 5 yrs, 4 weeks at 10 years etc.)
3 PAID personal days a year (3 will roll over so you could have 6 in one year)
You work in a climate controlled environment
The high-end medical insurance option is only $20 a check and INCLUDES dental AND you have the option to include a spouse or dependants
It has a 401K plan that pays 75% on the dollar. (I still need to set mine up >_<)
They have long and short term disability plans
They will pay up to $5000 in education fees a year if you going to better yourself in your job
They will pay up to $250 a year if you have a gym membership.

I could seriously go on and on and on… This doesn’t even BEGIN to list all of the damn benefits and benifit options my job gives out, and yet you’re going to sit there on your fat lazy ass in your very own comfy office and say shit like I hate my job and I wish I could retire already? In THIS economy? REALLY? Fuck you! Quit this “lousy ass” job and let someone else in here who will appreciate just how fucking awesome this job really is. Go work at some fast food place or other minimum wage job and see how much you’ll be wishing you still had this job. LOOK AROUND YOU; you may not be making “doctor salary” but you sure as hell aren’t hurting for a “good” job.
And they wonder why I sit in my office with the door closed all day. >:[

~and I do post sort of often... it's just the RTotD BS and nothing special. :P
in any given job 9/10 people there are just doing it for the money and will never be happy. out of the remaining 10% 9/10 arent really doing what they should be doing for long term happyness and satisfaction, they still do a good job, but its not their calling. the remaining 1% is those who love their job, do a good job and are in the right field.
looks like you may fit in that 1%
i'm also willing to bet that if you gave them a "doctor salary" they would complain and want more
