Looks interesting enough for me to try out.
I just hope there's even a tiny bit of depth to the gameplay rather than it being just a typical hack/slash/quest MMO.
From what I heard of the Asian MMOs they have long left the old hack/slash model of combat for something akin to playing Monster Hunter or such. The one named TERA that they are in the process of Westernizing (but publishing though Atari ugh) should prove that.
It is an interesting premise I admit but the fact that your species locks you into a class seems a bit too restrictive to me to play. I like to make varied choices in my MMOs here, which is why I like to play Champions Online or something like RIFT.
I'm personally rather satisfied with Guild Wars and DDO.
That aside, I'm a little worried about the classes being gender locked like Perfect World's furry race. They're obviously species locked, and that's ok. A gender lock type casts things, though.
