If it bothers you too much, take two Motrin/ibuprofen every four hours. Ibuprofen helps reduce swelling.
Also, that medicine is awesome to the max. The ONLY time it didn't work for me was when my tooth was actually breaking. Otherwise, it'll work wonders. One note - it is an oil, and may dry your lip out after extended use - a blister is normal. Just put some chapstick on it, or a lip balm, and don't poke at it too much. ^^
If you are in a lot of pain, there's a wonderful item called "Red Cross" that does a decent job numbing. (Click the name for the product)
This was the only thing that gave me rest when my tooth first started hurting.

Mine wisdom tooth is pushing through (Top right) and it huuurts to move my jaw sometimes. Even when breathing a yawn! D=
