3rd Birthday or Dissidia 012?

I have enough money to buy one of the PSP games I want, but which one is worth buying? The 3rd Birthday is a horror game, and god knows how much I LOVE scary stuff...and it's the third sequel to the original Parasite Eve and PE 2, two games I've never played...well I played the demo of PE 1 though...I sucked at the last boss of the demo...anyway, then there's Dissidia 012, which everyone say is a great game, way better than the original Dissidia! But now, I have a question... which game is worth buying and playing over and over again?

And I'd really like the Square Enix of today not to fuck it up.
