How've you been lately?

I've seen some pretty good progress in what you've already shown in your gallery. Anatomy is getting a bit tighter (more accurate) and you seem to be paying more attention to detail.

For right now, I'd say your biggest weakness is your attention to detail. You actually do a pretty good job of doing relative proportion drawing, which by that, I mean the arms go down mid thigh from the shoulders with the fingers extended. And of course, if they aren't perfectly by the sides of the character, then measure it, make it a straight line in your mind and compare it to the length of the torso and legs. Do the same with legs, chins, etc etc. You get the idea.

And work on making your lines smoother, add more curves. Male figures are not boxy, they can have a nice curvature to them as much as women can. That'd probably be the best I can advise you.



And while I don't want to say you shouldn't do adult stuff, cause you can do what you want, I merely advise against it because the poses that are involved may deter you from what you should be focusing on. Which is improving your anatomy. I'd say do some sexy nude poses, it's great anatomy practice and you don't have to show the nude bits if you want to be a bit reserved with that. :P

And even if it's a wolf, grab a reference of a male figure posing the same way that you want to draw. Practice that figure and draw it according to the body you're trying to create. And if you need, get two references. One with the correct pose, one with the correct body if you can't find something that combines the body type and pose.
